Do you accept insurance?

I am a cash pay only practice and do not accept insurance at this time. This is to avoid restrictions placed on us by insurance companies to provide you with the most comprehensive experience possible.

Do you offer more than just injectable weight loss medications? I’m not sure if that’s for me.

I offer SO much more! As an ABOM board certified weight loss physician in addition to injectable semaglutide and tirzepatide, we offer oral medications such as bupoprion/naltrexone, phentermine/topiramate, and orlistat. In addition to medication management, we offer physician led weight loss coaching including medically managed calorie calculations, body composition analysis, fitness/workout plans, all-natural medication free expert physician weight loss programs, hormone/testosterone/vitamin replacement and optimization, postpartum and perimenopause weight loss, and a high-touch concierge medical service with direct access to your physician 24/7.

How does payment work?

I require payment a minimum of 30 minutes prior to the time of services rendered and prior to any medication adjustments or prescriptions. We accept payment via Zelle, cash, or via our website. Transaction fees apply to online payments. A credit card is required to hold your appointment. A $50 missed appointment fee will be charged for all missed appointments.

How can I get in touch with you if I have a question during treatment?

I am easily accessible through text, call, or e-mail with overnight hours as well during the week!

How do you deliver your appointments and services?

At this time, the majority of my appointments will be via telehealth - either through video call, phone, or ZOOM. Enjoy the convenience of avoiding the waiting room! In-person home visits may be available in Monmouth County only.

Do you offer any discounts or promotions?

I will always discount our monthly medication maintenance and physician led weight loss coaching to $375 a month for both services as they are most effective when paired together. I currently offer 10% off for committing to 6 months of monthly maintenance services. For an annual subscription of monthly maintenance (12 months) when paid in full up front I offer a 15% discount and the initial consultation will be FREE. I love my members! A referral bonus is offered for any client who books and completes their consult for $50 off for both parties.

DO you complete prior authorizations or use insurance at all in your practice?

I will complete prior authorizations for a $150 fee and will also provide your insurance information to Labcorp to assist you in obtaining the most affordable access to your health and medication possible!
